I was having problems with my car on and off. One morning on my way to work, without an appointment, I dropped it off at spectrum. They were able to take it in that day and figure out what was wrong and they took their time to look over everything multiple times to make sure they new what was wrong before they charged me to replace anything. Good honest mechanics are hard to find now a days but I think I have found some at Spectrum Car Care they gave me a good deal and made sure my car was done in a timely manner and by the time I was able to come get it they had run it through the car wash and offered to replace my wipers for free. These are a great group of guys and I would definitely recommend you give them a try. Thanks again Spike for fixing up my car this past week!

I had one of my vehicles serviced by Spectrum Car Care about a month ago for the 60K check. They gave me a comprehensive look at the vehicle and recommended what the vehicle needed. They give an honest look at your vehicle and won't replace something you don't need. They treat you like family and want you coming back. Great neighborhood auto repair that you can rely on. I live nearby and Spike even brought me home and picked me up when my knee was bothering me that day and I didn't have a ride. How can you beat that? I'll definately turn to them whenever I have a car question. You can't put a price on honesty and integrity. They do great work and do whatever they can to make you happy. Very knowledgeable about what your vehicle needs!

"Integrity, pride and responsibility" I had a failed AC system on my truck. I went looking for a shop that I could trust to do the repair while treating me fairly. The AC system was repaired quickly and for a fair price and I was on my way. I thought. Turned out that that wasn't to be. The failure reoccurred, but only under extreme load (while towing a heavy load). I had to return again. It turned out that the electric fan clutch failed to respond to the increase demand found durning towing. Diagnosis and repairs made. I was disappointed that I had to return, but very happy that they jumped on the problem and made the repairs needed without hesitation. To make a long story short, they followed up on all repairs, went on a towing test ride with me to ensure all repairs were made and the truck performance was to spec. If I had gone to a dealer, this scenario could have been a real nightmare. Both in time and money. The guys at Spectrum Car Care went above and beyond what any other shop would have done and made a potentially bad situation a good experience. I saw integrity, perfessionalism and great customer service from everyone at Spectrum. I would definitely recommend Spectrum to friends and family. This is how a business should be run.

Was quoted for driver side axle and wheel hub. Turned out it was the other side that needed the axle...luckily was only charged for one side and received a free axle replacement that would have probably gone bad soon anyway! Kept their quote promise....definitely loyal and good customer service!

This is how an auto shop treats customers. They do the work you request. They don't try to sell you things you don't need. They listen to what you say not what they want to hear. They finish when they say they will not hours later. They treat the customer with respect.

"Glad I found them" I used to go to the other place before and was quite disappointed at the end so I stopped going. I got an email from them and decided to give it a try and I'm glad I did. Spectrum Car Care is definitely worth a try.

"Good guys" I've been there a couple of times with our cars and they have great service. Spike (guy in front) and Todd (lead tech) always take the time to explain what's going on and never a surprise about unexpected repairs.

"Fast and friendly" Came to get my A/C checked and they were very upfront about what they were going to do, how much it would cost to fix it and the best part no pressure. Unlike the last place where they started taking things apart without my permission and even quoting me a price! No surprise, honest and great work. Would definitely recommand. Thanks!

"No pressure sales techniques" I like the fact that I'm not getting pressured to spend thousand of dollars everytime I go for an oil change. If there's something that needs to be fixed they tell me without going through the 51 inspection points list. They work hard and are knowledgable.
