Recently, I took my 2011 BMW here for a 60K maintenance and for multiple oil leaks. I selected this shop based on other reviews and I was not disappointed. My car was towed in with a dead battery at no charge, the estimate was more than fair, and the work was completed even earlier than expected. Spike then had my car washed and returned to my driveway. This was a pleasant experience from start to finish! We will be taking all 4 of our cars to this shop for any issues in the future.

I took my son's car in to Spectrum afraid it was a transmission going out. They were very honest and assured me it was not a transmission problem when they could have taken advantage of the situation. They were very clear in explaining the problem. Spike is a very knowledgeable and personable mechanic. The owner made sure that I was treated well and was satisfied with my service. I took my truck to Firestone a few weeks go about an AC issue. They told me it could be many different things. I asked Spik and he knew right away what it was and gave me a very reasonable quote to fix. Finding a car service place that is honest with good service is hard to find. I would recommend Spectrum 100%.

The crew here is awesome! Quick service and professional. Prices are fair and honest. Spike the Service Advisor is a stand up guy . Has a lot of knowledge and great guest service. Honest, quick, reliable!! They are our only mechanic, and we will never go elsewhere. I recommend spectrum to family, friends, and everyone I speak to! Before coming here my husband and I would dread having to take our cars to the mechanic, even for simple oil changes, because as everyone knows you go there for one thing and walk out with a mile long list of problems usually costing hundreds or even thousands of dollars. We would always get the feeling of being ripped off, but felt helpless due to lack of knowledge we had regarding car mechanics. The staff at spectrum are experirnced, quick, thorough, but most importantly honest. They work hard to keep their customers, and even after going there just once, when I walk in they know me by name. I can not say enough about Spectrum.

My F150 needed a new drive shaft. Another garage in the area gave me an estimate, which seemed high and was going to leave me without the truck (and driving a rental car) for several extra days. On my neighbor's recommendation I got an estimate from Spectrum, and they came in $500 lower with a new drive shaft that has a much longer warranty than the other guys', and they offered to install it the next day. Guess who got the job? I'm completely happy with Spectrum and their work, and I now have a new go-to garage!
