Just moved here recently and it's always a challenge to find a reputable auto repair shop. Fortunately Spectrum is close by and does quality work. Experience is key and that's something you rarely find these days. I feel I can trust them to do what's needed without adding on unnecessary repairs.

They are so quick and always professional. No hounding or trying to get more done than is necessary!

I was looking around for an automotive place for a new alternator for my Hyundai that just went out unexpectedly and I was in a bind. I needed my car fixed quickly and I didn't want to overpay for this part/service. So after calling around, I decided to go to Spectrum and give them a try. All in all, they seemed honest and upfront, gave me a good price, lower even, from my usual go-to! I had my car after a few hours and was pleased with the service from beginning to end. I haven't driven my car very far yet, but tomorrow, when I do, I'm sure I'll be pleased with their work! Thanks, Spectrum.

Had major service done for my car at Spectrum. Customer service was great and the car is performing better than it has in years. I would not hesitate to take my car back to Spectrum anytime I need work done. They also treat you like they want your business, which is harder and harder to find nowadays. Very pleased overall.

I pay extra for towing to have them work on my family's vehicles. These guys are really straight-up and honest. The best thing about Spike and the boys, is that they always underpromise and overdeliver. Done by 5:00, they say...I get a call at 3:00 telling me it's ready. Never any unnecessary recommendations from a "free 400-point safety check". Obviously, the repairs are done well, or I wouldn't go back, but they save me money when they can, and give it to me straight when it's gonna cost a little more. Highest recommendation possible.
