They won't rake you over the coals for work that doesn't need to be done and they will give you a realistic timeline for when you might want to get things taken care of in the future. Friendly staff, quality workmanship, and excellent labor pricing. Can't be beaten.

Had an issue with my car over the weekend and had it towed to Spectrum. Met them first thing Monday when they opened. I was not sure what the problem with my car was, nor did I have a pre-scheduled appointment. They called me as soon as they were able to identify the problem, gave me a diagnosis and a quote, and they were able to get it fixed same day. I have taken all three of our cars to them for various services, and have always found them to be polite and professional.
