Had an issue with my car over the weekend and had it towed to Spectrum. Met them first thing Monday when they opened. I was not sure what the problem with my car was, nor did I have a pre-scheduled appointment. They called me as soon as they were able to identify the problem, gave me a diagnosis and a quote, and they were able to get it fixed same day. I have taken all three of our cars to them for various services, and have always found them to be polite and professional.
