First time customer. I was referred here by a friend & co-worker. They fixed the issue with my vehicle before I could even call them to check on the progress (I had used the night dropbox). They did a complimentary, no pressure, overall assessment of what was needing attention on my vehicle and sent me the information so I could make my next decision. The price for my work was in line with what my research on the internet said it should be for the job. So far, pleased with my service & treatment here at Spectrum.

We are new to the area and was looking for an honest reliable auto shop to repair what we thought was a bad fuel pump. Spike was able to diagnose and fix our car within a very quick turnaround time. Based on local reviews, I brought my car in with an unknown type of electrical issue, understanding that this type of issue is usually very expensive and hard to diagnose. I had an idea, but electrical is often unpredictable. They found the fairly simple issue (although I had an idea, there's no way I would have been able to make sure of it on my own), repaired it, and other potential issues quickly and priced fairly. Although I likely got lucky that is was fairly easy, they still earned my trust going forward. I've had a lot of bad experiences with auto shops in the past, but not this time. Thank you guys for getting me going safely and with confidence again.
