My husband and I bought our car through Spectrum Car Care, who were facilitating the sale for one of their customers. We had a wonderful experience! Both Michael and Christian were amazing to work with. They were professional, kind, and courteous. It took an extra day to get our title transfered and they paid for a temporary registration for us. The car needed two new motor mounts and they gave us a good deal. Michael took out the old motor mounts and showed us the difference between them and the new ones. He helped us understand what was wrong and needed to be repaired. It's hard to find a honest repair shop these days and we were instantly impressed with their level of professionalism and care for us. No funny business or trying to get us to pay more for anything. Just up front and honest. We are thankful and happy we found a new auto shop that we can count on!

I called them in the morning and explained the problem, they were extremely polite and said that I could bring the car in that day and they would be able to diagnose the issue for me. I dropped the car off and got a call within an hour telling me the problem, explaining the cost and timeline for fixing it. They were very professional, answered my questions and had the car done on time. They even managed to save me a little bit of money on the backside which I appreciated. Highly recommend!

We appreciate d the quick work done on our vehicle ! We also appreciate d the honesty in regards to another company saying there was a certain $500 issue with our car that Spectrum assessed and said that the car in fact did not have this issue. Will definitely be going back!

Professional, prompt and great service.

I’m new to the area and my vehicle needed some ac work as my blower fan was making a whistling sound and my ac was not blowing very cold. They checked and I was low in Freon and my blower motor was about to go out. Price was very reasonable and they got everything done in a timely fashion. Would highly recommend using these guys
