This place is AMAZING! I was from out of town in gilbert for a dr. appointment, my truck theft device failed and i couldnt shut off my truck/or restart it! They very kindly agreed to try to fix it if I left it for the day, I was in tears wondering how i would manage getting home, getting to dr etc I took an uber to dr appointment and 30 minutes later they texted me that the truck was fixed, and it was no charge I literally broke in the most grateful tears and I cannot express how kind they are and how proficient at handling complicated electrical problems! thank you so much everyone at spectra car care gilbert! i will never forget your kindness! xo jay ohaco

As always, these folks are TOP NOTCH! It may have only been routine maintenance I recently had, but their level of professional courtesy and care is outstanding! I know they will be honest and transparent, which in this day and age is hard to find. They are almost an hour away from where I live, but THEY ARE WORTH THE DRIVE. In my experience the entire process was simple and easy. I told them about my undertray scraping against the rode, they gave me the likely options, and took care of the issue in about an hour. On top of making this service free of charge they even were kind enough to top off my oil. All of this was greatly appreciated as I’d already been stressed about my car leading up to the appointment, so them making sure everything was taken care of felt great. Definitely will come for other work on my car in the future!
